BOOK WEEK 2007

Every year the Children's Book Council of Australia, presents annual awards for books of literary merit, for outstanding contribution to Australian children's literature, and for new talent. The winners for 2007 can be found at the CBCA website. (click here). During Book Week at Eden Public Schools, some classes visit the Eden Public Library and are entertained by the Bega Valley Children's Librarian - Ms Ann Moore.

The Library is made available to students for Story Telling, Face Painting, Balloon Creations, reading and a visit to the `Scary Room.' This is very popular with students and many try to revisit more than once.
