This site contains all sorts of information about Australia. Great resource for school projects.

Animals
This site has information on many zoos across the world. It also includes links to other animal sites as well as endangered species.

Super way to find out almost anything... just ask your question and Jeeves will do all the searching for you!
For example: if you asked "Where can I find information on Australian dinosaurs?" Jeeves will search the www and give you the most likely sites.

You must try this search engine! Ever get frustrated because the search engine returns 50,000 plus responses to your "simple" request? Ask Jeeves sorts for you. Simply type in a question and "he" will sort through the web to find the most probable sites to fit your request. EXCELLENT search engine if you're a bit overwhelmed by the sheer size of the www!

Incredible power and comprehensiveness make Alta Vista's database an excellent place to start any search. Be warned though that you may be offered 1000's and 1000's of "hits" if your search is not defined!

Need photographs, paintings, scenery? This search engine will find them for you. There may be a cost involved in actually obtaining some works.
